June 07, 2006 - The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors is holding the first of two hearings tonight to discuss the future of the county's rural areas. The proposal on the table would change density limits in western Loudoun from one house per three acres, to one house per ten or twenty acres.

DC Council Considers Gas Stations in Underserved Areas

June 07, 2006 - The DC City Council will consider legislation that offers a package of tax incentives to encourage the construction of gas stations in underserved areas of the city. Officials say the number of stations has declined by more than a third -- down to 88, compared to some 300, thirty years ago.
