A man injured in a brawl at an Adams Morgan nightclub has died of his injuries.
Police say 45-year-old Rockwell John Flint died at the hospital where he was taken after the Aug. 30 brawl at the Rendezvous Lounge in Adams Morgan. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled cause of death was multiple blunt impact injuries sustained when Flint tumbled down a staircase inside the bar during the fight.
The manner of death according to the M.E. was homicide.
D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier ordered the bar closed for four days. One man was charged with assault in that brawl.
