Since taking over the Prince George's County Police Department in 2003, Chief Melvin High has tackled many problems. But at least one daunting challenge appears to grow larger each year. With more than 155 people were murdered this year, the county broke a record previously set in 1991. Chief High joins Kojo to talk about this tragic milestone, how his anti-crime programs are working, and what the Department plans for the future.
