Kojo In Your Community
Series of live, community-focused shows
The series provides area residents the opportunity to ask questions, make comments and share the view from their neighborhood.
For the last five years, the show has left the studios to broadcast live in the community. Previously known as WAMU in your Ward the series travelled to the different wards in the District of Columbia and then expanded in 2003 to cover the entire Metro Area. The live broadcasts are taped and aired on WAMU's The Kojo Nnamdi Show, providing area residents the opportunity to ask questions, make comments and share the view from their neighborhood.
